Josh Hissong is at it again, transforming downtown Spokane into a cooler place. His latest project is the Knife Burger Bar, set to open in March in the Michael Building, the former Travo's and Agave location at Sprague and Lincoln. The restaurant will also be donating 50% of all sales on the first Monday of every month, (or around $2,000 a month.) They will also be doing many other fundraising campaigns.

The 2,100 square foot restaurant is expected to employ 20 workers. You can get more information at knifeburger.com
