Girl Scouts of the USA launches Digital Cookie website and app

Girl Scouts of the USA has announced the launch of Digital Cookie, a new website and mobile application that allows Girl Scouts to sell cookies digitally for the first time in the program's history, giving girls valuable 21st century entrepreneurial skills.

While Digital Cookie represents an exciting evolution of the iconic Girl Scout Cookie Program, the virtual sales platform that launches in the 2014-2015 cookie season is phase one of what will become a much broader and more robust program. Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho is not participating in the initial program phase due to the different cookie price points as Idaho charges sales tax on Girl Scout cookies.

GSEWNI will still be participating in traditional booth and door-to-door sales of Girl Scout Cookies in the upcoming cookie season. Cookie pre-orders will begin February 6, 2015 and booth sales run March 16-April 12, 2015.

GSWENI will evaluate phase one of the Digital Cookie platform at the end of the current cookie season and make a decision about its implementation in our council for the 2015-2016 cookie season. For information about GSEWNI's 2014-2015 cookie sale, visit gsweni.org.

Ten Capital Investment Advisors experiences rapid growth

Ten Capital Investment Advisors is a relatively young firm but not young in experience. They have financial advisors in almost every decade between their 20's and 70's, and have experienced rapid growth this past year adding new assets of approximately $50 Million bringing them to around $180 million under management.
