Free Museum admission Saturday and Sunday

The Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture announces its participation in Bank of America's Museums on Us program this year, providing free admission on the first full weekend of every month for Bank of America and Merrill Lynch debit and credit cardholders. The program started in January, and will be available this coming weekend of February 6 and 7. The Museum is open Tuesdays through Sundays, 10am to 5pm.

This is the last weekend to see Nature Connects LEGO Bricks sculpture which uses the magical fun of LEGO to connect visitors to the wonders of the natural world. Twenty-seven giant sculptures created from nearly 500,000 LEGO bricks by artist Sean Kenney of New York include an 8-foot-tall hummingbird, a 7-foot-tall rose, and a 5-foot-tall butterfly. The exhibit aims to spark creativity and foster a greater sense of play in viewers of all ages. And the newest exhibit, 'Treasure' will also be open.

etailz Josh Neblett honored as a CEO of the Year

Josh Neblett, CEO of etailz, was recognized last week as a CEO of the Year at Seattle Business Magazine's annual Executive Excellence Awards. It is a huge honor for Josh and etailz, given he is only 29 years old and the only representative from Spokane to be selected.

This is the fourth installment of Seattle Business Magazine's Executive Excellence Awards, which celebrated 14 remarkable business leaders at a gala on January 28 in Seattle's Fairmont Olympic Hotel. As with past honorees, this group embodies the traits of exceptional leadership and thoughtful management the judges look for each year. From for-profits to nonprofits, these outstanding executives show the way in inspirational, consistent and ethical behavior.

Congratulations Josh!
