New business helps you get out of business.

Ray Lawton and Ned Rumpletes grew their respective businesses, acquired other businesses and then successfully transitioned out of their business. Now they have formed Rumpeltes & Lawton, LLC, a consulting service, to help other business people plan for the single, most critically important financial event of their lives, the successful transition out of their business. Their service identifies and organizes owner-driven exit planning issues, creating a written road map that incorporates timelines and accountability.
