Lukins & Annis Offers IP Services

Long time business law firm, Lukins & Annis has added the areas of Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights to their practice in an effort to provide more comprehensive legal services to local businesses. Almost every business has some form of intellectual property, (IP) but not all business people have taken the time to make sure their inventions, slogans, logos, and written materials are protected. Most of the IP work that is done by the firm is billed on a flat rate basis, rather than on an hourly basis, which helps to control costs for the client. For more information, go to www.Lukins.com.

Spokane Chiefs poster distributed to fans.

The Spokane Chiefs organization hosted the first ever WHL outdoor hockey game this past Saturday at Avista Stadium, playing against Kootenay Ice. Lawton Printing, working with Chiefs photographer, Gary Peterson, developed a printing souvenir poster that was photographed digitally at the start of the game. The image was then transmitted to Lawton Printing and was distributed to an alliance of other regional digital printers. 7,000 copies of the commemorative poster were then delivered back to Avista Stadium by the end of the third period of the game, and given out to fans in attendance. Quite a feat in such a quick turnaround time!
