New Dean of Students at EWU

— Eastern Washington University has named Amy Johnson, EdD, as the new dean of students and associate vice president for Student Life.

A native of Washington, Johnson is presently serving as the senior associate dean at the University of Southern California. She is also an associate professor of education in the Rossier School of Education at USC, where she has taught a number of courses, including management in higher education.

Johnson holds a BA in English and communication from the University of Puget Sound, an MS in education from the University of Pennsylvania and an EdD in higher education administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
