GU School of Business Lecture Coming Sept 13

— The Gonzaga University School of Business Administration Presents The Pigott Entrepreneurship Lecture, Iconic Reflections: People and Concepts that Represent the Best of the Restaurant Industry, with Gerard Centioli President & CEO of ICON INC., a company that develops iconic foodservice brands.

Centioli's family opened one of the first KFC franchises and his companies own and operate all Krispy Kreme stores in the Northwest and Hawaii, in addition to Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab in Chicago and Las Vegas and PICK-QUICK Drive-In in Auburn. His reflections on these foodservice icons highlight a path to success applicable to any industry.

The Lecture is Thursday, September 13 at Gonzaga's Jepson Center Wolff Auditorium. Reception at 5:30pm, Lecture and Q&A 6:30-8pm. RSVP at gonzaga.edu/sbalecture by Monday, September 3 to secure a seat.
