Numerica's Business Development Managers are 'Credit Union Rock Stars'

Numerica Credit Union's team of business development managers, Janet McNeilly, Manuel Hochheimer and Jeanette Radmer (pictured left to right) has been together just one year. Yet they have already achieved great success throughout eastern Washington and northern Idaho, earning recognition by Credit Union Magazine as 'Credit Union Rock Stars.'

Drawing from their separate areas of expertise they teamed up to identify the Spokane Valley, Wash., credit union's target demographics and introduced initiatives to broaden its market share within those segments.

The trio's Dealer Center Outbound Conversion Program dramatically improved engagement among indirect auto loan recipients. Its University Outreach Program deepened interactions between Numerica and more than a half-dozen colleges in its service area. To top that off, the emphasis on the growing medical, dental, educational and small-business communities in the region meshes with its goal of attracting more 25-to-49-year-olds.

In the past year, Numerica connected with approximately 70 percent of its indirect members, converting nearly 20 percent of them into primary financial institution members, which is a rate of about 10 times the industry average.

Based on these amazing results, Numerica's business development managers, Hochheimer, McNeilly and Radmer, earned national recognition in Credit Union Magazine's 'Rock Stars' Edition. Credit Union Magazine is published by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA).
