Victor Azar rebrands hummus business, introduces new product

Victor's Hummus, a gold medal winner for best locally produced foods three years in a row, is now "Victor Foods". The re-branding move is the result of a new food which does not fit the Hummus category, "Healthy Falafel" a ready to eat spread.

Falafels, a deep fried food made of garbanzo beans, have long been a favorite for sandwiches and wraps in big cities all around the world. They are now, for the first time, being offered as a healthy ready-to-eat spread. The best part is that there is no need to deep fry this wonderful food anymore. With a passion for incredible taste and a love of healthy food, Victor Foods brings you yet another delectable low calorie spread.

Prior to its introduction to area stores as a retail package, starting on Thursday the 23rd of October and for the next few weeks to follow, Victor's falafel spread will be available in a new sandwich wrap only at Cafe MAC (inside the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture), Azar's Restaurant on North Monroe, Chairs Public House, Main Market Co-op Deli and at the Rocket Market on 43rd on the south hill.

On November 15th of 2013, Victor entered into a joint venture agreement with Spokane Produce for the production and distribution of Victor Foods' products. Spokane Produce's integrity and care, along with their mission to provide healthy organic foods, were in line with Victor Food's goals and aspirations.
