Clover welcomes new executive chef Travis Dickinson

— Clover, which is located in a beautifully-renovated early 20th-century home at 913 East Sharp in Spokane's Gonzaga District, has hired Executive Chef Travis Dickinson to oversee its award-winning seasonal kitchen.

Dickinson has been working in kitchens since the age of 15, following his passion from the Coeur d'Alene Resort, Idaho, to Hall Street Grill in Beaverton, Oregon, to Genoa and Accanto in Portland, Oregon - with stops along the way at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, and multiple guest-chef Portland sessions, including stints at Sel Gris and Clark Lewis. In between kitchens, he has traveled across the U.S. and Europe, honing his skills and refining his approach.

Dickinson embraces the Clover philosophy of serving dishes crafted to evoke full flavors through the use of the highest-quality seasonal ingredients, creative compositions, and wide-ranging cooking techniques. Clover's newly-launched fall & winter menus highlight his creations and collaborations with Clover's culinary team. As an award-winning chef, his talent, creativity, and leadership skills will bring a new dimension to the restaurant.

The restaurant and bar are open seven days a week - call 509-487-2937 or visit cloverspokane.com for hours and to make reservations.
