Motivational and Inspirational teacher and speaker Joy McMahon will hold a workshop, 'How to be Ageless' this Saturday, February 21 from 1-4pm at the Unity Spiritual Center of North Idaho, 4465 N 15th Street in Coeur d'Alene.

Joy has a background in wellness and anti-aging. She will share how she created 'timelessness' and slowed down her biological clock. She will discuss how your mind set influences every cell of your body and help you to understand the biological clock, and how to reverse time in your consciousness and body. The workshop is interactive, so you will experience 'how to' activate agelessness. You will learn about Life Extension Keys. Some topics to be discussed include Youth Cellular Meditation, Fountain of Youth Breath Exercises, Supplements for Youth, and Basic Acupressure Facelift.

Call 208-664-1125 to register. Cost is $35.
