NAC Architecture adds seven new staff members

— Keith Comes, Managing Principal of NAC Architecture has announced the addition of seven new staff members to the firm.

Laura Hill has joined NAC as Human Resources Director. In this role, she is responsible for all human resources functions, including employee recruitment and placement, benefits and compensation, and training and development. Additionally, Laura focuses on coaching, employee relations, wellness and culture definition. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a Member of the Inland Northwest Society for Human Resource Management. Laura has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in business from the University of Montana.

Chad Schmidt, AIA is an Architect who joins NAC as an Associate. He is currently working on the Cascade High School in Leavenworth, WA and the Kootenai Health Phase II Surgery/Emergency Department project in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Chad has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Oklahoma State University and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Cody Dompier, AIA joins NAC as an Architect with eight years of experience and a Master of Architecture degree from Washington State University. He is currently working on the Tri-State Hospital Master Facility Plan Update in Clarkston, WA and the Kootenai Health Phase II Surgery/Emergency Department project in Coeur d'Alene.

David Baumann is an electrical designer/technician with a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Washington University. Currently he is working on the Providence Health & Services Infrastructure Master Plan, as well as the Enumclaw School District Elementary School Replacement in Enumclaw, WA.

Robert Straub joins NAC with over nine years of engineering experience in PK-12 education, higher education and institutional projects. Robert is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer and his current projects include the Mount Si High School Replacement in Snoqualmie, WA, as well as the Enumclaw High School Modernization and the Walla Walla Community College Clarkston Workforce and Business Development Center.

Andy Phan is an electrical designer/technician with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eastern Washington University. He is currently working on the Walla Walla Community College Clarkston Workforce and Business Development Center and the Eastern Washington University Arc Flash Study.

Courtney Merrill joins NAC as Office Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for a variety of administrative functions in support of the Spokane office.
