Fall Festival of Homes starts this weekend.

— The 6th annual Fall Festival of Homes Tour is scheduled for this weekend and the first weekend of October. The largest show of its kind in the Inland Northwest will showcase 41 new homes from 24 of Spokane's finest builders. Homes valued at varying price ranges and in every neighborhood will be featured at this year's event. 10 homes are priced under $199,999.

Special features include the 3rd and final home in a series built with all proceeds benefitting the Children's Miracle Network built this year by Morse Western Homes. The first two homes built by Condron Homes & Paras Homes were purchased by attendees of the Fall Festival of Homes in 2007 & 2009. The show will once again feature homes certified Built Green® with additional information on Built Green® values and practices available at these special show homes.

All featured homes will be open to public viewing the weekends of September 24-26 and October 1-3 from 10am-5pm. Those interested in viewing this exciting and impressive event can choose from five host sites to begin their tour and pick up home profiles and maps to each of the featured homes. People can also enter to win $8,000 in Fred's Appliances at any Host Site! To locate the host site nearest you, visit www.SpokaneFestivalOfHomes.com for more information.
