Auntie's Bookstore and Liberty Ciderworks to host Seattle cider expert

— Erin James, editor-in-chief of CIDERCRAFT magazine and Sip Northwest magazine and author of a new cider recipe book, Tasting Cider will be speaking at Liberty Ciderworks 164 S. Washington St., #300) Tuesday, December 5 at 7pm. James is a tenured food, beverage, and travel writer whose work has appeared in publications like Wino Magazine, Washington State Wine, Seattle Met Bride & Groom, and Seattle Weekly.

Tasting Cider is a guide to one of North America's most celebrated beverages, offering details on the history of apple cider and its evolution into modern cider. "Erin's passion gives readers a deep appreciation for the history, and relevance of cider in the U.S. and across the modern world," says Ryan Burk, head cider maker for Angry Orchard.
