SIMBA, a New Business Alliance event launches tomorrow

— Join local business leaders, innovators and change-makers for the launch of the Spokane Independent Metro Business Alliance (SIMBA), this Wednesday, July 11 from 5:30-7:30 at the Glover Mansion. Keynote speaker is Jeff Milchen of American Independent Business Alliance. Entertainment provided by Power 2 the Poetry.

SIMBA is an intersectional social, environmental and economic transformation coalition. The aim is to organize regional businesses, partners and consumers to build equitable community wealth, broaden ownership in the means of production, and enrich our unique community character.

The event is free, and presenting sponsor is Smith-Barbieri Progressive Fund.
