Town Hall meeting to address Homelessness December 4

— A formal Town Hall Meeting is planned for tomorrow, December 4 from 4:30-6pm at the McGinnity Room, 116 West Pacific Avenue, #100 in downtown Spokane.

Downtown Dialogues - is a resource for the business community to come together and discuss important topics related to downtown. This is the first bi-monthly gathering, with a discussion on homelessness and safety. The goal for the first meeting is to bring together a panel, moderated by KHQ's Sean Owsley, to inform members and ratepayers about all the efforts taking place to address these complex issues, as well as the challenges faced by downtown property and business owners. Together, the community will discover opportunities to improve the lives of those in genuine need while also improving the downtown environment. The panel will be providing background and education on the efforts underway in Spokane, identifying opportunities to make improvements, and working to engage all of the community to work together on solutions. This is presented by Downtown Spokane Partnership.
