ALLWEST announces new hires, promotions

— ALLWEST Testing & Engineering has several new employees and promotions to announce.

Sam Sommers has joined ALLWEST Testing & Engineering's Hayden office as Engineering Department Manager. Sommers graduated from the University of Washington with bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering. He most recently worked at Zipper Geo in Lynwood, Wash., as a Project Engineer. As Engineering Department Manager, Sommers will oversee geotechnical engineering projects for ALLWEST's Hayden office.

Todd DeMico has joined ALLWEST's Spokane office as a Project Engineer. DeMico recently moved to the Inland Northwest from Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Jeanne Kelso has joined ALLWEST's Hayden office as Project Administrator. Kelso graduated from University of Phoenix with an associate degree in Business. She was previously employed by Trindera Engineering, Inc.

Jeremy Christensen has been hired as a Special Inspector, working primarily from the company's Hayden office. Christensen has more than 24 years of experience in the construction materials testing industry and holds several certifications.

Pamela DeMarcus has been promoted to Controller. DeMarcus started her professional career in accounting and has worked in Human Resources for the past 20 years. She has been with ALLWEST since 2015.

ALLWEST maintains a professional staff of engineers, geologists and engineers-in-training serving the Inland Northwest.
