Williams Seafood plans to move to northside

— Williams Seafood, a fresh seafood and wine store that has been in Spokane Valley for over 30 years is planning to move from their U-city North location this spring to a 2,800 square foot space at Ruby and Montgomery in a building that formerly housed National Music Service. Mike Offield, who has owned the business since 2006, was a longtime customer of the store when he purchased it from Vince and Margie Perry. In addition to a wide variety of fresh seafood, the business also stocks more than 1,100 wine labels as well as a large selection of beers.

Dick Williams opened the original Seafood Market in the 1940's in downtown Spokane. His neighborhood store became successful after a few years of hard work and a neighborly attitude. In 1980, he relocated to Spokane Valley. The market still sits on University, behind Fred's Appliance Center. Vince and Margie Perry bought the store from Helen Williams in 1988. Williams Seafood's website is williamsseafoodmarket.com and the phone number is 509-922-4868.
