Jeanette Radmer Receives Service Excellence Award

— Jeanette Radmer, Business Development Representative for Numerica Credit Union, was recently awarded the credit union's Bud Crump Award for Service Excellence for her achievements in 2010.

Many factors contributed to her receiving the award including her many contributions to community organizations:
- Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters since 1999,
- Volunteer panelist for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Program Orientation,
- Respite care provider for Foster Parent Association of Wash.-Spokane (FPAWS),
- Volunteer coordinator for Spokane's Tree of Sharing,
- Founder of Columbia Basin College's Annual Financial Forum for students, faculty and the community,
- Former board member for Corbin Senior Activity Center,
- Board member for Sustainable Local Investment Partners (SLIP), and
- Her numerous volunteer efforts with senior citizen neighbors.

Other factors that the selection committee uses to determine the recipient include credit union-related activities, career and professional development, and direct impact on the credit union's goals. Therefore, her availability to members, her commitment to the Numerica Direct Loan Program, her creation of multiple financial seminars for the public and coworkers, and her dedication to spreading the word about the "Credit Union Difference" all contributed to her nomination.

Radmer's name will be inscribed on the Bud Crump Award Plaque located at the Numerica Headquarters in Spokane Valley.
