Known for his culinary passion and untiring energy, Campolio brings a wealth of experience from a variety of top venues across the country. Campolio resume includes The Greenbriar Hotel, a luxury resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV; The Kessler Collection; Mansion on Forsyth Park in Savannah, GA; Beaver Creek Lodge in Colorado and The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.

A graduate of the Franklin Covey Management Training Series, as well as a number of other training classes, Campolio has a well-rounded management background in addition to his extraordinary culinary skills. Campolio oversees all food outlets at the Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center including The Marc Restaurant, and The Vineyard Lounge, as well as catering and special events and has been with the organization since February.

Dan McCaffrey has been named the new Marc Restaurant and Vineyard Lounge Manager, as of this past February.
